This policy explains what data Mia Panel (our internal publishing tool) and the Big Sister Mia Telegram bot (@bigsistermia_bot) collect, how we use it, where it is stored, who it is shared with and how to delete it.

1. Who uses Mia Panel

Mia Panel is used only by the owner of the Big Sister Mia accounts. It connects only to accounts we own. It has no public sign-up and is not offered to other people. When we say "your data" below for Mia Panel, it means the data of our own connected accounts.

2. Data Mia Panel accesses from Google (YouTube)

When the owner connects our YouTube channel with Google sign-in, Google gives Mia Panel an access token for these permissions, and we use each one only as described:

• youtube.upload: to upload the video files we made ourselves to our channel, with the title, description, tags and publish time we set.
• youtube (manage): to read our channel's name and ID, read our own playlists and add our uploaded videos to them.
• yt-analytics.readonly: to read aggregated statistics of our own channel and videos (views, watch time, likes, comments, subscribers).

We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not access other people's channels.

3. Data from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads

• TikTok (Login Kit, Content Posting API, Display API): our account's basic profile (open ID, display name), follower and like counts, the list of our own videos with their view, like, comment and share counts, and permission to send our own videos to our drafts.
• Meta (Instagram, Facebook Page, Threads): our Instagram professional account, our Facebook Page and our Threads profile; permission to publish our own posts, reels and images; and insights (reach, views, likes, comments, shares, saves, followers) of our own content.

4. How we use this data

Only to publish our own content and to show our own statistics to the owner, so we can plan better videos. We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles of viewers, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.

5. Where the data is stored and for how long

• Access and refresh tokens and the statistics are stored on the owner's computer, in files readable only by the owner's user account. They never leave that computer except when they are sent to the platform they came from (for example, a YouTube token is sent only to Google).
• Tokens are kept until the owner disconnects the account. Statistics snapshots are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share data from Google, TikTok or Meta with anyone. Data is transferred only to the platform it belongs to, in order to publish content or read statistics there.

Mia Panel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Security

Connections to the platforms use HTTPS. Tokens are stored only locally with restricted file permissions. The panel listens only on the owner's own computer (127.0.0.1) and is not reachable from the internet.

8. Removing access and deleting data

• Google: remove "Mia Panel" at myaccount.google.com/permissions. TikTok: Settings → Security → Apps and services. Meta: Settings → Apps and websites (Facebook) / Website permissions (Instagram).
• When an account is disconnected, its tokens are deleted from the panel, and its statistics are deleted on request.
• Meta and Threads data deletion requests are handled at /meta/data-deletion; you can also write to us (see Contact).

9. Telegram bot @bigsistermia_bot

When you write to the bot we store your Telegram user ID, first name, the time of your last visit, your progress inside the bot (quiz answers, reminder dates you add, 14-day challenge progress) and which bot tools you use. This is needed for the bot to work. We do not see your phone number and we do not share your data. Club payments are processed by Telegram (Telegram Stars); we never receive card details. Write delete my data to the bot and everything we store about you is deleted immediately.

10. Age

Our free content is for people 16+. Our private club is for adults 18+ only. Mia Panel is used only by the adult account owner.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
